We are an online marketing agency specializing in CPA campaigns. Having been on the market since 2012 and having won multiple awards, we are proud to say we are one of the recognized leaders in the industry and one of the most reliable networks in the affiliate space.

What verticals and market niches does ClickDealer work in?

We operate in a variety of market niches and are always looking to expand into new ones. Our current main verticals include Leadgen & Vouchers, Electronic Giveaways, Dating & Social Networking, Ecommerce & Retail, Software & Utilities, Mobile Entertainment, Health & Beauty, Crypto & Binary Options, Gaming & Social Casino, etc.

What traffic types does ClickDealer accept?

We allow all kinds of whitehat traffic, but whether it’s eligible for a specific campaign will depend on the respective advertiser’s promotion rules and restrictions. Main traffic types we are looking for include display (banners), native, search, social media, email. Pop/redirect traffic and incentivized promo are allowed on a selection of offers, but you need to carefully study our offers’ descriptions before launching traffic to make sure you comply with our promotion rules.

Getting Started

Am I eligible for the ClickDealer affiliate program?

If you are an honest affiliate willing to make money with ClickDealer and comply with our promotion rules, we will be glad to welcome you aboard!

After you fill out the registration form and verify your email, your application will be reviewed by the ClickDealer team, and one of our managers will contact you via email, skype, phone or any other method of communication you’ve specified.

Once you are approved as a publisher, you will gain access to thousands of offers and can start making money with ClickDealer!

How long does it take for my application to be reviewed?

We reserve 72 working hours to review an incoming application, but our team always tries to provide feedback sooner than that. It might also help if you take initiative and follow up on your application to expedite the approval process.

I forgot my login/password, what should I do?

You can restore your password by clicking the "forgot password" button on the login page (partners.clickdealer.com) and entering the email used for registration. If you don't remember the email address, simply contact your account manager or affiliates@clickdealer.com and we will be happy to help you out. You may also change your password under "Account details" in your ClickDealer account.

Payment

What payment options are available?

We can send your payments via Wire Transfer, ACH, Payoneer, PayPal, Paxum, WebMoney, ePayments, eCheck, Qiwi, Yandex.Money, and Capitalist. After you fill out payment details in your ClickDealer account, you can alternate between them by choosing the preferred one for the current billing cycle, or even put your payments on hold simply by clicking a checkbox.

What are ClickDealer's payment terms?

Our default payment terms are Monthly NET15 and minimum amount that can be paid out must exceed US$500.00 in a given billing period. ClickDealer also offers expedited payment plans to our trusted partners, such as Weekly NET5 or even more frequent ones in specific cases. Please contact your affiliate manager for more details on your eligibility for these terms.

The smartlink payment terms are Monthly NET15 and minimum amount that can be paid out must exceed US$100.00 in a given billing period. However, the monthly payment threshold of US$100 can be switched to a US$500+ weekly payout after traffic quality approval.

How can I track my payments?

Payment history is available under “Billing” -> “Payment report” in your ClickDealer account. In addition to that, your current balance and the amount ready for withdrawal are always visible in your ClickDealer account on the top right. Clicking on the balance will also open a popup with your performance summary and current payment terms.

What is ClickDealer’s referral program?

We are happy to offer an extra revenue share to each affiliate for referring their friends or attracting new clients to ClickDealer in any other way. Once your friends sign up with your referral link and start earning with ClickDealer, you get an extra 2% of their commissions for a period of 6 months. Your unique referral link is available under “Tools” -> “Referral program” in your ClickDealer account.

Loyalty program

How do I earn points?

The amount of points you get is based on how much money you make with ClickDealer's offers that take part in the Loyalty Program. Each $10 you earn gives you 1 point, and points can then be exchanged for gifts. You can choose the desired prize from the numerous categories presented in the program. If the desired prize is not listed, you can include it into the program yourself.

How do I check my points balance?

Your balance is updated in real time and is visible under “Loyalty” in your ClickDealer account.

Do my points have any cash value?

Points earned through ClickDealer loyalty program have no cash value, are non-transferable and you have no property rights in any rewards, benefits and points.

Can I transfer my points or rewards to another member?

No, you cannot transfer or sell points to anyone else.

Technical

Can I place my pixel/postback in my ClickDealer account?

Yes, you can add a global postback on your account or individual postbacks on selected campaigns and events. You can also use our testing functionality to make sure your postback is set up properly without having to make an actual transaction.

Can I run ClickDealer offers through my own domain?

Yes, you can add custom domains to your account and use them in all tracking links of your choice. We’ve also linked a service that allows you to easily check if your domain is configured correctly.

Can I integrate with you via API?

Yes, you can make API calls to get our offer feed, receive your unique tracking links, set pixels/postbacks and get various kinds of reports.

I can’t find the offer I’m looking for, can I request it?

You can request an offer directly from your dashboard so that our sales team gets it set up for you! The option is available both from “Browse offers/campaigns” pages or from the “Request Offer” tab on the main menu - so that you can easily access it at any time.

I need help navigating the UI, is there any guide?

Yes, there is a manual on all sections of the affiliate portal available under “Tools” -> “Tutorials” in EN/RU and CN. Alternatively, you can always reach out to your manager and we will be happy to help!
