1. Describe yourself in three words.<\/em><\/p>\n

Evolving, extreme, dreamer.<\/p>\n

2. What do you love most about your position?<\/em><\/p>\n

The constant flow of new and exciting things. I can barely plan my next day, because each of them is full of surprises, mostly pleasant ones. In such a fast-paced developing industry you never know what new skill you might bring home by the end of the day, and that constantly keeps me engaged and motivated.<\/p>\n

3. What is your favorite pastime?<\/em><\/p>\n

Hiking, traveling, trying out different activities or exploring new places. I’m hungry for fresh impressions, in every sense of the word. One day you might see me at a rock concert, the next day I’m meditating in the woods. Movement and discovery keep me alive.<\/p>\n

4. What makes an ideal vacation for you?<\/em><\/p>\n

People. It is not important where you are, but in what company. I like active, spontanious and exciting getaways. Tonight we could visit an opera house, next morning it’s a via ferrata treasure quest.<\/p>\n

– I’m terrified of spiders, but absolutely in love with mantises. They are so cute!<\/p>\n

– There are about 50 constellations I can find in the night sky at any given moment.<\/p>\n

– My singing once made a person cry. I prefer to think they were moved, but it’s open to interpretation.<\/p>\n

– My biggest thrill is heights and flights. Rocks, roofs, bridges, planes, paraplanes, baloons: it goes on and on. No other feeling like it.<\/p>\n

– I once climbed a 1.500m rock at night with no illumination and made it through. That should give you a pretty good idea of my managing style. I find a way.<\/p>\n
